Making Bread!
This afternoon, the children participated in making bread using two ingredients—flour and natural yoghurt. They took turns adding the ingredients, with one pot of yoghurt and approximately four cups of flour. The children mixed the ingredients together. They divided the dough into seven balls, each child kneading and rolling their portion. The bread was then baked in the oven for about 20 minutes. Afterwards, the children enjoyed eating their warm, freshly made bread with butter.
