Thank you to the team at Turtles, in particular to Lola and Daisy, for making my daughter feel so welcome in the Ocean room. In one day, she felt happier and more welcome than she has in a year at her mainstream chain nursery. I required last minute emergency care over half term and our nursery couldn’t accommodate so I sought help from Turtles who are near to my workplace, who happily obliged. Any concerns I had about our daughter going to a new nursery were immediately allayed when I called and spoke with Lola who quickly advised what I would need to provide and prepared a special place mat due to our daughter’s food allergy. This was just for two days and they made her so welcome, I was added onto the nursery app and received updates throughout the day so I knew how she was getting on. Despite the trek on the train and across London as well as two very long days which my daughter isn’t used to, she came away beaming and so happy. She came home with wonderful Easter artwork and had taken part in an egg hunt. Since then she’s talked about Turtles often and wants to go there instead of her normal nursery. I just wish we had found you sooner! I was grateful this week to need an extra day’s care and before I even asked the normal nursery if they had capacity I asked Lola again who was happy to oblige and I was delighted to tell our daughter she could come to Turtles again. She had another great day yesterday and especially loves Daisy, enjoyed the Eid celebrations yesterday and was sad to leave. Hoping we get chance to come again before she starts school in September, I’m sure we will! Thank you so much for being so accommodating and welcoming.
